Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Georgia. You will interact with wholesale and retail customers to understand needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions.

The role emphasizes prompt issue resolution and maintaining product quality and store standards. You will help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, handle transactions, and stay current on product features.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and suggest products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions following policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory, pull products, tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload deliveries.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options.
