Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Calhoun, GA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about paints, and recommend the right solutions. You will resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction while staying current with product features and store standards.

You will also process transactions, help achieve monthly and yearly sales goals, maintain accurate records, and support deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred: valid driver’s license; HS diploma; 1 year retail or customer service experience; experience selling paint and operating tinting equipment; bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work order files and stock levels.
Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
Assist in deliveries as needed and load/unload trucks.
Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
