Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Grapevine store team. You will assist customers, determine product needs, and recommend solutions while maintaining store standards and sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and assisting in deliveries as needed. Prior retail or paint-sales experience and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
