Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products. You will help maintain product knowledge and drive sales while delivering great service.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain inventory control and stock shelves/displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Support deliveries and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain knowledge of products and available options.
