Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #708590 in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will assist customers, recommend products, and help maintain store displays while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, tinting and mixing as needed, and participating in deliveries. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 70 lbs, and be available evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal applicants must have a rating of 'meets expectations' (3) or higher.
• Internal applicants must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions accurately per policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders and stock records.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Support in deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas and stay knowledgeable about products.
