Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Florida is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend suitable Sherwin-Williams products. Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain accurate work order files and stock records.
Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean store equipment.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
Comply with inventory control procedures; suggest sales improvements.
