Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating and completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale customers and process sales accurately.
• Follow store policies and procedures for all transactions.
• Keep inventory accurate and maintain displays and shelves.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean store equipment and organized work areas.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and available options.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and seek ways to improve sales.
