Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store #701838 in New York, NY. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products while maintaining high quality standards and visual displays.

You will resolve customer concerns promptly, stay updated on product features, and help achieve monthly to yearly sales targets, including loading/unloading deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18+, legal work authorization, valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
