Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in East Greenbush, NY is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will also resolve concerns and support store presentation to drive sales.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and meeting monthly sales goals. Evening and weekend availability is required; a valid NY driver’s license and 18+ age are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
