Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Wholesale Product Specialist in Missouri to work closely with commercial paint customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. You will resolve customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and help maintain high-quality standards to achieve sales goals.

The role involves regular customer contact, merchandising, tinting/mixing products, and occasional deliveries; evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
