Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Springfield, MO is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help customers find the right paint and supplies. You will assist in person and by phone, process sales, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.

You will tint and mix products as needed, support deliveries, and help meet store sales goals while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to wholesale and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading tasks as required.
