Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Los Angeles seeks a Customer Service Specialist for our retail stores. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction and meet store sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and maintaining product knowledge. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions and assist with deliveries when required.
