Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Oregon. You will assist retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions to maximize satisfaction and store performance.

You will handle transactions, stock displays, tint and mix paints, and support deliveries as needed while maintaining strong product knowledge. Bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud courses completed

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks and participate in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
