The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers in our Redmond, Oregon store. You will identify customer needs, recommend products, and ensure satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and processing orders. Candidates with Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or delivery preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Process sales transactions accurately with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.

• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
