Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Store Associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain store presentation in our Florida locations. You will help customers select products, tint and mix as needed, and support delivery operations while meeting sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Prior retail/paint experience and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
