Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join a growing Pain Management practice in Arizona. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and therapists.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona NP license, board certification, and DEA registration, with 1–2 years of outpatient experience in pain management or related fields, and excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NP license and board-certified NP.
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
• Minimum 1–2 years NP experience; pain management or related outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, history, physical examination, and assessment of pain-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and adjust plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and other clinical data.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding treatment planning, procedures, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy when appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to practice policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
