Job summary

Woodside Health and Wellness in Lakeside, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Pain Management Office. This role supports adult patients with comprehensive pain care in a busy outpatient setting.

The position offers either full-time or part-time hours, with practice hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and weekends off. Arizona NP/PA licensure is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NP or PA license required.
• Experience in Pain Management is preferred but not required.
• New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Join our Pain Management Office to provide care to adult patients.
• Provide hospital and clinic-based evaluation and management in a chronic pain setting.
• Offer flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time work.
