CCF Group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management to join our clinical team in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered pain care with collaboration across physicians and interprofessional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s PA or NP degree, Oklahoma PA/NP licensure, and national certification, with DEA and BLS (ACLS preferred). Flexible charting from home or office is available; travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited PA/NP program.
• Active, unrestricted PA or NP license in the State of Oklahoma.
• National board certification: NP (FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC) or PA (NCCPA).
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive pain-focused evaluations with detailed history and exam.
• Assess and manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Review, order, and interpret diagnostic tests related to pain management.
• Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, options, outcomes, and strategies.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Document all findings accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff.
