Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Pain Management team in Bullhead City, AZ.

This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity (Monday–Friday, no weekends or call) offering a balanced, outpatient‑focused schedule in a supportive and collegial environment. The incoming provider will work alongside an interventional pain physician and a dedicated clinical support team.
