HealthOp Solutions in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management practice. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain while collaborating with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of pain management experience, an Arizona license (or eligibility), a DEA license, and strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • DEA license or ability to obtain.
  • Eligible for Arizona licensure (if relocating).
  • Minimum one year of pain management experience.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new patient consultations
  • Conduct follow-up visits for established patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Manage chronic and acute pain conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
  • Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations
  • Coordinate care with referring providers and specialists

Location: Glendale, Arizona

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 annually (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management practice in Glendale, Arizona. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients experiencing acute and chronic pain while collaborating closely with our physicians on comprehensive treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in pain management and is familiar with both conservative and interventional treatment approaches.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new patient consultations
  • Conduct follow‑up visits for established patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience with or knowledge of advanced pain management therapies including:

  • Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)
  • Kyphoplasty
  • MILD Procedure
  • Intracept Procedure
  • Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
  • Platelet‑Rich Plasma (PRP)
  • Other interventional pain management techniques
Qualifications
Required
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
