Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Clinic Manager for Urgent Care to lead daily clinic operations, oversee staffing, budgets, and process improvements, and ensure patient satisfaction and safety.

You will collaborate with service lines and leadership to implement strategic initiatives, recruit and develop staff, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth while maintaining compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare related field or 2 years relevant work experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current U.S. driver's license.
• Two years management/supervisory experience and two years of medical office or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s).
• Lead strategic plans including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
• Foster physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence through monitoring and improvement.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to optimize integration of care and enhance patient experience.
• Standardize operational practices with other clinic managers to improve efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and service needs; recommend growth strategies.
