Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Yearbook Sales Training Intern to shadow and support our Yearbook Sales and Sales Training teams. This full-time, paid internship is based out of our Overland Park, KS office and runs about 12 weeks, with 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Start around May 31, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with some flexibility on end date due to school calendars. Responsibilities include assisting with meeting prep, supporting sales staff, creating training materials, and handling

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 60 credit hours toward degree OR four semesters completed preferred.
• Experience in yearbook, journalism, marketing or sales preferred.
• Reliable transportation to office; some overnight travel may be required.
• U.S. work authorization with pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and coordination of the Yearbook Sales Meeting.
• Support local sales representatives and senior Yearbook Sales management.
• Develop training materials for Yearbook Sales trainings and workshops.
• Support event planning, registration, and travel-related tasks.
• Assist with Salesforce or similar CRM database functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with safety rules.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
