Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Yearbook Sales Training Intern to support our Yearbook Sales and Sales Training teams in Overland Park. You will shadow managers, assist with workshops, and help prepare sales meetings.

The role includes developing training materials and handling CRM tasks with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and reliability. This full-time, paid internship runs about 12 weeks, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, starting May 31, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with some flexibility on end

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or completion of at least 60 credit hours toward a degree.
• Completion of 30 college credits preferred; 60 credits or four semesters preferred in related fields.
• Experience in yearbook, journalism, marketing or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and support Yearbook Sales and Sales Training teams.
• Assist with school customer workshops and meeting prep.
• Develop training materials for Yearbook Sales trainings.
• Support event planning, registration and travel tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with CRM functions.
