Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for a Paid Training Program in Irving, TX. The program starts with a 3-day orientation with meals covered, then hands-on over-the-road training with an experienced trainer.

After training, you will enter a Solo Driving Position earning $0.55 CPM on mainly OTR or regional dry van freight with no-touch loads. During training, you’ll receive training pay of $100 per day and $250 for orientation, with travel and hotel accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No tickets, accidents, or criminal history; strong safety record.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5,000–7,000 miles over-the-road with a designated trainer.
• Drive solo after training in OTR or regional lanes with no-touch freight.
• Maintain compliance with safety, drug screening and background standards.
