J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL drivers to begin with a paid orientation in Irving, TX, followed by hands-on over-the-road training with a driver trainer. After training, you’ll start a solo driving position at $0.55 CPM, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight and choosing routes upon graduation.

The program provides paid orientation, travel coverage, and daily training pay, with home time earned after each week on the road. Training length and schedule emphasize safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be clean with no tickets or incidents.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% dry van freight, primarily OTR or regional lanes.
• Complete orientation in Irving, TX and training with an experienced trainer.
• Maintain safety, compliance and professional conduct on all trips.
