Job summary

J Rose Logistics is hiring new drivers through a structured Training & Onboarding program. Paid orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel covered and a $100 food stipend.

OTR mentorship lasts at least 10 days at $75/day, then solo upgrade to an assigned truck. Training miles average 2,500+ per week; CPM starts at $0.35, climbs to $0.70 after 3 months and $0.80 after one year. Home time is 7–10 days and a full W2 benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• CDL obtained within past 12 months welcomed.
• Entry-level driver role; max 3 months’ recent carrier experience.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol regulations.
