The program includes paid orientation in Springdale, AR, a daily training rate, and milestones increasing CPM after 3 months and after one year. Expect about 2,500 miles per week and full benefits once you’re eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• CDL obtained within past 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• Residence within 90 miles of Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an OTR driver across all 48 continental states.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
• Participate in mentor training and progress to solo driving after training.
