Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a paid training program in Texas. The program starts with a 3-day orientation in Irving, followed by hands-on on-the-road training with a trainer.

After training miles, you’ll enter a solo driving position earning $0.55 CPM, primarily OTR or high-priority regional lanes hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight. Training pays $100 per day, orientation is paid $250, and travel to orientation is fully covered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent MVR and background clearance; no tickets, accidents, or criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and trainer Miles training.
• Operate 100% dry van no-touch freight on OTR or regional lanes.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation safety standards.
