Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road position spanning all 48 states. This trainee program includes hands-on mentorship to transition into a solo career with consistent dry van freight and steady miles.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel accommodations provided; paid training of $75.00 per day. After training, you’ll advance to solo status with CPM pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have obtained it within the past 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 continental states.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company dispatch policies.
• Pursue long-haul mileage targets: 2,500+ miles per week.
• Support mentorship-program onboarding and transition to solo driving.
