Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position running all 48 states. This role includes a mentor training program to help you transition into a solo career, with a structured path to higher pay as you gain experience.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel fully provided; training pay is $75/day, starting CPM $0.35, rising to $0.70 after 3 months and $0.75 after 1 year, driving 2,500+ miles weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• CDL obtained within past 12 months.
• DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screen compliance.
• Must live within 90 miles of Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Operate an OTR route across all 48 continental states.
• Complete mentor training and upgrade to solo status after program.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with DOT regulations.
