Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) seeks a Sales and Leadership Trainee (ALPS) in Georgia for an intensive 18-24 month rotational program across branches and DCs. You will begin with foundational topics and, after a year, specialize for your career track.

You will receive online and hands-on training in distributor operations, electricity, ERP systems, and leadership, guided by mentors who help set goals and track progress throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete an intensive, 18-24 month Sales and Leadership Training program with up to seven phases: Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Project Management, Process Improvement, Outside Sales, Back Office and Branch Operations.
• First 12 months include prerequisite subjects; at 12 months, specialize for your career track.
• Hands-on training with topics including electrical distributor operations, electricity, electrical products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership and personal development.
• Training on our ERP system and on-site manufacturing factory training.
• Mentored by industry professionals who set tasks and goals to develop skills and knowledge.
