Job summary

Gains Intermediate is seeking a Traffic Account Manager to oversee paid traffic campaigns for Gym Launch clients. You will drive the build, launch, and optimization across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms while maintaining excellent client relationships via Zoom and email.

You will collaborate with Marketing and R&D to maximize leads at the lowest cost per acquisition, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, reports are accurate, and clients stay engaged and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2 years of digital marketing lead generation in local Brick & Mortar service markets (US/Canada).
• 1 year experience with GoHighLevel CRM and integrations.
• 1 year client-facing experience.
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads platforms.
• Experience with Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Canva, Lead Connector, and Asana.
• Strong analytics mindset to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage Gym Launch clients via Zoom and email communications.
• Oversee strategy, organization, and media buying for client campaigns daily.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and R&D to optimize ad creative and copy.
• Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver leads cost-effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date stats and end-of-week reports to Agency Manager.
• Provide expert advice on paid traffic strategies to DIY clients.
