Job summary

JL Marketing is seeking a Paid Digital Account Manager to own and optimize paid digital campaigns for boutique fitness and wellness clients. You’ll manage client relationships, drive high-performing campaigns, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing, strong ad platform skills (Facebook/Instagram, Google), and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Remote flexibility supports work-life balance in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet.
• Knowledge of split testing and full funnel execution.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Facebook policies, strategies, trends, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and positive relationships with your clients through Zoom calls, personalized email support and phone calls.
• Aid in the success of delivering high-performing Facebook/Instagram, Google and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Conducting audience research and building targeted ad campaigns.
• Continuously auditing and working with your team to optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
• Communicating campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports.
• Collaborating with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings.
• Preparing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear, professional manner.
• Providing top-notch client support with minimal oversight.
