Job summary

GAINS seeks a Traffic Account Manager to oversee the build, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns for Gym Launch clients across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other networks. Your focus is to deliver local fitness leads at efficient costs while coordinating strategy and media buying daily.

You will communicate with clients via Zoom and email, collaborate with marketing teams and R&D, and ensure campaigns use the best creative and messaging to maximize throughput and minimize CAC.

Qualifications

• 2 years digital marketing lead generation experience in local brick-and-mortar service sectors (US/Canada).
• 1 year experience with GoHighLevel CRM and its integrations.
• 1 year of client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, and Adwords advertising platforms.
• Experience using Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Canva, Lead Connector, Asana.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Gym Launch clients via Agency Onboarding Zoom calls.
• Manage activation of tech stack: GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB, TikTok Ads, Zapier, Asana.
• Lead pre-launch calls to set expectations and foundation for strong relationships.
• Oversee KPI optimization across accounts and SOP adherence by media buyers.
• Review accounts daily to ensure high-quality service and results.
• Provide feedback to media buyers to improve alignment and outcomes.
• Collaborate with R&D to leverage best creative and strategies to minimize CAC.
