Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Ads with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with Facebook/Instagram Ads (2+ years).
• Knowledge of split testing and full funnel execution.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook and Google policies, trends, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and relationships with clients through various communication channels.
• Aid in delivering high-performing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research to build targeted ad campaigns.
• Continuously audit and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
• Communicate campaign performance and strategies to clients through regular updates and reports.
• Collaborate with team members in all team meetings and partner meetings.
• Prepare and present KPIs in a clear, professional manner.
• Provide top-notch client support with minimal oversight.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As one of our Account Managers, you’ll be at the forefront of interacting with clients on a daily basis while assisting in managing, developing and optimizing comprehensive paid Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build trust and positive relationships with your clients through Zoom calls, personalized email support and phone calls
• Aid in the success of delivering high‑performing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Conduct audience research and build targeted ad campaigns
• Continuously audit and work with your team to optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (budget spend, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
