Job summary

Boston Bruins are offering paid Ticket Sales and Fan Relations Internships at TD Garden in Boston, MA. The program runs late Aug 2026 to Apr 2027, with playoff dates TBD. Interns gain hands-on experience in sales, fan relations, and event coordination while supporting a global hospitality brand.

Eligible candidates are current undergraduates or recent grads; roles are hybrid/in-person with weekly pay and development opportunities. Availability for all home games and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field or a recent graduate.
• Availability to intern for all 44 home games of the Boston Bruins is required.
• Night and weekend availability is required.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fan Relations and Sales teams, arriving 5 hours before puck drop and staying 2 hours after.
• Help coordinate a game on the TD Garden ice for youth hockey organizations.
• Support the Three Minutes of Fame program logistics and execution.
• Provide office support for Fan Relations and Sales on various projects during weekly/biweekly hours.
• Assist Fan Relations at 12 Season Ticket Holder events throughout the season.
• Contribute to the coordination of family show experiences for events like Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Beanpot, and Hockey East Championship.
