Qualifications

• Willingness to assist with event setup and on-site tasks including lifting 5+ pounds.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools; social media know-how is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and operations team on industry-related projects, including research and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with social media content, updating project management docs, and outreach.
• Provide on-site support for private and ticketed events throughout the Fall; client-facing duties.
• Assist with budget prep for 2026; help with data collection, organization and review.
• Collaborate on event logistics, admin tasks, and other duties as needed.
• Research creative ideas and innovative solutions for event planning.
