Job summary

KnowBe4 invites students to join its Technical Support Internship in Clearwater, FL, a hybrid role at the greater Tampa Bay area. You will work three days a week in the office and participate in a 12-week program with hands-on learning in a security awareness platform.

You’ll gain real-world experience handling support tickets, conducting technical walkthroughs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams while building cybersecurity skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and working toward a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Natural troubleshooting mindset and methodical approach to problems.
• Excellent organization and time management with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and tickets, applying troubleshooting skills to diagnose problems and provide clear solutions.
• Research and document technical issues, identifying root causes and coordinating with internal teams.
• Assist customers with configuring and implementing KnowBe4 products to fit their environments.
• Monitor the support ticket queue, prioritize requests, and maintain clear documentation.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars to help customers understand product features.
• Work with Customer Success and Product teams to escalate issues and drive improvements.
