Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Technical Support Intern for a hybrid role serving the greater Tampa Bay area. You will work in our Clearwater, FL office three days a week (Tue–Thu) and support customers by troubleshooting, configuring products, and guiding issue resolution.

You’ll gain real-world experience with support tickets, technical walkthroughs, and cross-team collaboration, while learning cybersecurity concepts and KnowBe4 platforms.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or similar program.
• Excellent communication for customer interactions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking skills.
• Collaborative team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and tickets, diagnose issues and guide resolutions.
• Investigate root causes and document technical issues with internal teams.
• Assist with configuring and implementing KnowBe4 products for customers.
• Manage the support ticket queue and meet response targets.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars to educate customers.
• Collaborate with Success Managers and Product teams to improve solutions.
• Complete training on KnowBe4 platforms and security concepts.
