Job summary

KnowBe4 in Clearwater, FL is offering a paid Internship Associate Product Manager for a 12-week program from January 25, 2027 to April 16, 2027. The role is hybrid, with in-office work three days a week in the greater Tampa Bay area.

You'll collaborate with the Product Management team to shape features for our human risk management platform, develop training simulations, and gain exposure to roadmap planning, user research, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS/IT/Cybersecurity degree or similar program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dive into cybersecurity awareness focusing on features that impact learning experiences.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to understand user needs amid evolving threats.
• Draft functional specifications for security awareness scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into product features.
• Learn the HRM landscape and gain industry insights.
• Gather and refine requirements for product features and requests.
• Help run beta and pilot programs for early-stage products.
• Manage defect triage between product, support and engineering.
• Track feature adoption and product utilization.
