Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in the greater Tampa Bay area. You will own the technical journey from discovery through production deployment, designing and implementing solutions that help customers adopt KnowBe4 products.

The role focuses on leading discovery, designing architectures, coordinating configuration and go-live activities, and educating customer teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Professional Services or a similar role.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and AI/SaaS technologies.
• Experience with M365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leads discovery sessions with customers to understand objectives and requirements.
• Owns solution design for customer implementations and documents architecture decisions.
• Leads configuration, integration, testing, migration and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoots complex blockers and escalates to Product/Engineering as needed.
• Educates customer admins and technical teams on architecture and ongoing management.
• Hands off completed deployments to Customer Success for ongoing adoption.

The Professional Services Consultant is a customer-facing consultant who owns the technical journey from discovery through production deployment, designing and implementing solutions that help customers adopt and operationalize KnowBe4 products.

Responsibilities

• Leads discovery sessions with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and existing architecture.
• Owns the solution design for customer implementations, documenting architecture decisions and implementation specifications.
• Leads customers through configuration, integration, testing, validation, migration, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoots complex technical blockers, escalating to Product and Engineering as required to protect deployment timelines.
• Educates customer administrators and technical teams on solution architecture and ongoing management.
• Hands off completed deployments to the Customer Success team for continued platform adoption.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices in the IT Security field and AI/SaaS technology space.
• Experience working with M365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong technical discovery, requirements-gathering, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently manage the technical components of multiple customer engagements.
