Job summary

Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. invites applicants for a 10-week Summer College Internship Program. Interns gain hands-on project experience, are mentored, and attend development workshops across IT, analytics, finance, marketing, and operations.

The program runs June through August with up to 40 hours/week and paid compensation. Housing is not provided; remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Majors in Computing Sciences or IT or similar programs; full-time student status.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Interest or experience in programming, web design or software development.

Responsibilities

• Work on agile projects as part of our mobile app development team.
• Participate in development workshops and mentor-guided tasks.
• Deliver assignments based on business needs with attention to detail.
• Present outcomes at internship completion.
