Job summary

Aramark is offering the 2027 Internship Program in Operations (Multiple Locations). This paid, immersive summer experience targets current college students seeking real leadership exposure in a fast-paced, people-first environment across Aramark's Lines of Business.

Interns rotate through responsibilities in People & Team Engagement, Operations Support, and Professional Development, with mentorship, cohort learning, and a capstone project.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program; Hospitality, Operations Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related majors preferred.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential through campus involvement, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

• People & Team Engagement: work with frontline team members on scheduling, coaching, and shift management; support a safety-first, inclusive environment; shadow leadership in recruitment and onboarding; be visible on the floor during service periods.
• Operations Support: assist with daily unit or site operations, ensure quality standards and compliance; learn Aramark operating standards and client requirements; help with inventory, cost tracking, and vendor coordination; contribute to labor, cost, and client-satisfaction metrics; support special events.
• Professional Development: participate in internship programming, virtual workshops, and capstone project; engage with a mentor from ERG network; complete milestone check-ins and reviews; build relationships within the internship cohort and broader Aramark network.
