• Demonstrated leadership potential through campus involvement, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside frontline team members, developing scheduling, coaching, and shift management understanding.
• Observe and support a safety-first, inclusive team environment aligned with Aramark's values.
• Shadow leadership in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Act as a visible, engaged presence on the floor during service periods.
• Support daily unit operations under the manager's direction, ensuring quality standards and efficiency.
