Job summary

Aramark’s Internship Program is a paid, immersive summer experience for current college students seeking leadership exposure in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Interns are embedded in one of Aramark's Lines of Business (Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments) at client sites across the United States.

This program combines hands-on experience with structured leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning to prepare the next generation of leaders and to feed the MAP

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program; hospitality/operations-related majors preferred.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement or work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, HR compliance, and lifecycle activities.
• Partner with HR and operations to support seasonal staffing.
• Track and collect employment documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Assist recruitment by screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Provide on-site HR support during major events.
• Assist with workforce administration including status changes and leave.
• Generate reports on hiring, staffing, and compliance.
• Assist with audits and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage priorities in hybrid/remote setting.
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently.
