• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance while adhering to policies.
• Partner HR and operations teams to support seasonal staffing initiatives.
• Track employment docs, certifications, and onboarding paperwork for compliance.
• Assist with candidate screening, interviews, hiring events, and communications.
• Provide on-site HR support during events and peak periods.
• Assist with workforce administration and reporting, including status changes and leave tracking.
• Generate reports on hiring, staffing, and compliance.
• Support audits and maintain accurate employee records.
• Contribute to process improvement and employee engagement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a hybrid/remote environment.
