The Sherwin-Williams Company is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship for a 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations, including customer experiences and B2B and retail exposure in a paint store.

You will also travel with a Sales Representative to view outside sales and complete a team project with leadership support.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Rising Junior or Senior in college or university at the start of the internship.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and handle store materials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional in-store and phone assistance to customers.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers with recommendations to meet needs.
• Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and general store operations.
• Collaborate in a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to store policies.
