Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers a paid Management & Sales Internship for a 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, store operations, and customer interactions.

Interns travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a team project addressing real business issues with leadership support. Successful completion can lead to the Management and Sales Training Program (MTP).

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Enrolled in college/university during internship
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly in-store and phone customer assistance.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers with recommendations.
• Assist with store operations, POS transactions, and merchandising.
• Collaborate on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
• Participate in training and comply with policies.
