Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a proactive student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. The role involves in-person work Monday–Friday across Beaverton, Boise, or Spokane, offering hands-on exposure to client service, risk management, operations, and analytics.

You will collaborate with teams, gain real-world experience, and receive mentorship and paid compensation at $18.85 per hour. The program emphasizes learning, networking, and professional development with national/regional classes

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above at application/start date.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Position requires in-person work Monday–Friday across Beaverton OR, Boise ID or Spokane WA; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience beyond typical intern tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on diverse projects to build Marsh Agency brand.
• Support cross-functional teams to advance business goals and client relations.
• Provide meaningful support to directors and sales staff to enhance new business and retention.
• Engage with mentors and peers to grow professional networks during the internship.
• Participate in national and regional classes to learn about Marsh Agency and the industry.
• Cultivate industry relationships through opportunities with partners.
• Receive paid compensation at $18.85 per hour.
