Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an intellectual and motivated student for our 2027 Summer Internship Program in Spokane, WA. This in-person role offers hands-on experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales and analytics, with mentorship and development opportunities to build real-world skills.

You’ll work with multiple teams, gain exposure to industry partners, and participate in national and regional classes designed to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or above at application time
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world resume-building experience across multiple teams
• Collaborate on diverse projects to support client service, risk management, analytics and operations
• Assist directors, sales execs and client relations staff to increase new business and retention opportunities
